"Hello my name is Deanna and I just had Refinishing Stars re glaze my bathtub and the three walls of tile that went around it. Originally it was the quite unsightly pea soup green. They arrived 10 minutes early and were very polite and did a wonderful job. They put a non-slip bottom in so I wouldn't fall and it looked like the tub and tile were new. There was a little smell involved but only when I went in the bathroom because of the ventilation system he used. I would recommend having this done to any of my friends or family. My experience with doing business with this company was great. I would definitely recommend this business to any of my friends family member."                  

"I called about 6 other companies and got the usual "Your business is very important to us; please leave a message" that seems to be the norm these days. When I called Refinishing Stars I was immediately transferred to a very pleasant lady. You rarely get a person as friendly and knowledgeable in their field as she was and I was a little shocked by her ability to understand EXACTLY what I had and what it would cost to have the entire room redone. I had an appointment set up for thursday and they actually showed up on time. We went from a pink bathroom to all white and it looks like a new room. "I called Refinishing Stars to have our kitchen sink and shower stall reglazed as they were showing a bit of wear. I called several companies and got nothing but answering machines stating how important I was to them. If I am so important why don't they answer the phone? I called Refinishing Stars last and spoke to a lady who was knowledgeable and pleasant. After spending about 10 minutes with her on the phone as she explained EVERY POSSIBLE THING, I was much more informed and scheduled a time to have the work done (Apparently,they do not work on weekends). They showed up on time; did both of my fixtures and was gone in about 4/5 hours. They didn't talk much but when they were finished I was floored by the new look. If I didn't know better I would have thought they were new. They did not make a mess. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a bathtub or sink redone.
